I scheduled an appointment with Melissa to meet with Marshall to discuss window treatments for our sliding glass walls in a new home now being built. My husband and I spent a few minutes explaining what we needed and it seemed as if he lost interest when he discovered we wouldn't need window coverings for the entire home. It would have been about a four thousand dollar job, but we felt as if we got the bum's rush out the door with a promise from Marshall to contact us with a complete quote within 24 hours. Now almost 2 weeks later, we have heard nothing from him. Rude and unprofessional behavior. We had wanted to give our business to a small local company, but they blew it. Maybe the larger companies may be the better way to go. Look elsewhere for your window covering needs.
