My Experience with the Chandler Capri Jewelers:
I purchased a timepiece from this location less than a week ago. the watch seemed to be of high quality and sold as their top of the line brand.
the next day I decided to wear the watch to my office. On my way to work i notice the incredibly loud ticking which was SIGNIFICANTLY louder than any watch I have ever encountered and i have owned several watches throughout my life. The movement of the automatic pendulum was scratchy and cheap. Hearing the noise was so irritating. I have put the watch down and not been able to wear it since.
The sound of this watch is the most obnoxious Ive heard.
I contacted Capri jewelers to inform them that the watch they had sold me was of poor quality and was faulty. They agreed that it must be faulty and the watch was not in proper condition.
Rob the manager refused to return my funds and to even to me exchange it!
This place is selling products in poor condition and they refuse to fix the problem.
