Great location! Parking at the hotel and across the street is affordable. The staff was nice and attentive.
When walking into the newly remodeled lobby you might think, Westin. In fact, they have the same White Tea candles burning somewhere in that lobby. However, when you arrive on your floor you will be shocked to find yourself in either the 1990s or a tacky Bavarian hotel located somewhere in middle Michigan. Yes, the bed is comfortable, but the carpet is worn, furniture is circa 1993 and the shower is not impressive.
In summary, great location, friendly service, chic lobby, but not so cool rooms.
