I am a local herd in Vegas and have been to this H&M multiple time and I honestly don't know why I keep visiting when I am on the strip.
It is one of the best looking H&M's out here but has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After tonight I will not ever be returning.
When I was there I asked three different employees for help not one helped. And it was just about a coat. They looked at me as if I had no right to ask them for help. They were all rudely sarcastic to me and made me feel like crap.
And this has happened every time I have been there. After tonight and how rude they all were I will never be returning to that H&M at the Forum Shops in Ceaser's Palace ever again!
