I completely understand the one star rating with this TERRIBLE bank. Why anyone would do business with any Wells Fargo is beyond me but this bank is beyond rude and ill informed. Update: seems like Jose the manger is really working towards getting professional employees. Today I went in and cashed a check. The manger opened the door and greeted me had I had a teller named Eric who was friendly, engaging and professional. So I moved the rating from 1 Star to 3. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to give them 5.
