Love this place! Pork on a Fork has really stepped up their game. I had stopped going to their Deer Valley location when other options became available, but gave their new location a shot.
BBQ is going through a bit of a renaissance in the valley and it seems to be pushing everyone to do better. Pork on a Fork's brisket is way better than the last time I had it. This location features a quick, simple menu that gets you in and out quickly. Service is friendly, attentive, and fast.
I can only comment on the sides I've had which are the waffle fries, sweet potato fries, and cornbread muffins--all of which are very good.
Their Brisket sandwich is great and their sausage is a great add on. Good quality BBQ fast. Can't complain about that.
