4 words: Really good, simple food.
We couldn't find many places near our hotel that a) weren't chains and b) were open on Sunday. Then Yelp found Micro Diner for us.
They don't have a parking lot, just street parking. We were able to find a spot around the corner, careful some of the streets in their neighborhood are steep.
This place is teeny tiny. They have table seating and a few high counter seats towards the back. We decided on the counter. The counter basically surrounds the kitchen, so from where we were we could see the chef making everything and hear the hilarious conversations that their waitresses were having. Kinda made us feel like locals.
We both order their regular breakfast (eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, toast) and we both very much enjoyed them. The staff was super nice, the food was really good, and came out quickly- I don't know that I could want more out of a breakfast spot.
We will absolutely be back the next time we visit.
