Very excited to be moving into the Moderne! I am one of several people to switch on over after having lived at Luxe. It will be so nice to see some of my former neighbors again! Haha! :)
Anyways, the management company at Moderne is really great! They have all been so friendly even when I was bugging them like every other day for over a week while waiting to see if my rental application was approved. Management at Luxe Scottsdale had lied to Moderne when they found out we were applying for this complex and said my husband and I were "skipping out" on our lease. Moderne was very patient with us while we retrieved written proof showing these were false claims. I really appreciate the respect, honesty and transparency that Moderne showed us through the entire application process.
As for the building and grounds, I am very impressed. We are most looking forward to taking our dogs to the onsite dog park! The pool looks great, there is a nice sized gym, and an overall very clean property. I imagine that is not easy with so many residents.
Finally, the location is great! It is within walking distance of Fashion Square mall! I hope this isn't dangerous for me!!! We are still newer to AZ, so this is a great location for our friends and family to visit us as well.
Can't wait to move in this weekend!
