The cleaning was good which is very important. Noelle and Ray did my cleaning this time. They called me at 10:45 and my appointment was supposed to be between 12-2, I told them I wasn't expecting them this early but they were more than willing to work with my schedule since they were early, we agreed on 11:30 which was just fine. I had asked to have the Groupon price honored and over the phone we discussed $69 which included the stairs. Now I know they always try to up sell you when they come but Noelle all of a sudden went way up to $160. I knew going in they were going to come up with extra charges because carpet cleaners always do but an extra $100? I was really put off, but we came to an agreement on a lower price and they were already there so obviously I just had it done. I probably won't use them again because I prefer a company who gives me an honest quote over the phone.
