Picking up the rental car was easy, although I was slightly disappointed that the car which we reserved was out and being offered another.
The part upset me was AFTER we returned the car on a Saturday night (dropped off the keys in a dropped box) and they charged me an EXTRA day of car rental fees!!!
They did not retrieve those keys on Sunday morning and charged customer EXTRA?? This is really NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I spoke to a lady in Customer Service, she's not listening and keep on blarr blarr blarr .... until I have to RAISE my voice!!
So everyone out there, beware!!! CHECK your billings after the car being returned.
