I had Parker and Sons come out because my A/C was making a clunking noise. They tightened some screws and that fixed the problem. Then they said I needed a new capacitor and single capacity contactor which cost me $730.00!!!
I found out later that a new capacitor costs about $20-30 online and a new contactor costs between $9-20 online. My invoice did not say how much they charged for these 2 parts or if they used genuine Lennox parts, nor did it state what they charged for labor. I called them three times for an explanation?, I also sent them an email. Even after responding to the message below, I am still waiting. Very poor customer service!
