This was my first time at this location and only second massage from this company. I walked in and was greeted by one of the receptionists. I let them know I had an appointment and they checked me in. I sat down in the lobby area to wait. I witnessed others do the same then walk back through doors into the rest of the building. As it was my first time there I didn't know exactly where to go. The other Massage Envy I went to out of state had a zen room you sat in beforehand. Would be nice to have receptionists guide you a little so you don't feel so lost. I didn't sit too long before Joseph, my therapist, came to get me. He was very friendly and guided me to my room. He discussed the massage with me and left the room so I could change. The massage was amazing and he was very attentive to my sore muscles after running a marathon. I will definitely be going back and hope to get him again.
