When was the last time you had a great experience at the dentist? Well I had a first timers great experience from the time I called and made appointment with Dawn to the time I checked in and was greeted all the way through the time I checked out. I mean it. Everybody was so friendly and professional. Brandy and the gentleman who helped me with billing and the woman at front desk with great smile, super helpful. Sorry I forgot some of your names. Everyone had a wonderful smile that put you at ease. Jan, who started with me from the beginning was super helpful and friendly. She knew her job and did it well. Dr Haley was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Most important was his excellent bedside manner. That's big in my books. He really cared and took great care of me. I even received a parting gift. Felt like I was at the Oscars.
Keep up the great work. Just to let everyone know, I hated going to dentist, now I will continue going and keep my teeth up to date.
