Delivery and customer service are terrible! Our driveway is 15' wide and is bordered with natural desert landscape, i,e, rocks and prickly pear cactus. One would think that they could have it land on the driveway more often than not but sadly that is not the case. For a couple of months it was always into the cactus never once onto the driveway. I complained and was told that they had no influence on the delivery people, but could make suggestions! In spite of that it improved for the following two weeks when it was always on the driveway - now its back to being thrown into the cactus and rocks. They no longer use bags since the beginning of the year so the front section is always torn up. This morning I had to get a pair of tongs to extract it from the cactus.
The only reason I have put up with it (and believe me it won't be for much longer) is because my wife likes the coupons. The Sunday paper in the newsstands does not contain coupons.
As far as the actual news is concerned, it has got worse each year. I get more news from online versions of NY Times and England's Guardian and Telegraph both of which contain world news. I cannot believe that the advertisers will keep paying for what has to be a declining readership. They deserve to fold. Their unhelpful cs reps will no doubt get jobs with government offices etc. where their skills will be even more highly valued by their new employer.
