The workouts themselves are awesome if you have the good instructors who take the time to help with your form/technique (there are only about 2) the rest are just there to go through the motions. I signed up a year ago with 2 friends and all 3 of us received different prices, with one of my friends getting a deep discount. We were told that they were running a "one time deal" that day, even though I joined 3 days before her, they wouldn't budge on my membership price. I really love kickboxing I just want to find a gym that offers the same prices to everyone, and has instructors that are engaged and encouraging. When I requested to have my membership canceled, they didn't do anything to try to retain my membership by offering a lower monthly price. I found that odd, since other gyms I've belonged to actually tried to keep their regular customers.
