Completely unprofessional and definitely unreliable. We rented a car several weeks in advance from the Fountain Hills location, even received a confirmation. Then, the day we were to pick it up, they call us 2 HOURS prior and tell us that the vehicle we requested would not be available due to a "scheduling problem." A scheduling problem?? This is what a rental company does: schedules. Further, they were unable to offer any alternatives. Thanks for the notice, guys! We've used Enterprise before at other locations in Phoenix but this will definitely be the last time we'd ever rent a car from this location or this company.
