I did not receive any recommendations for any other companies as purportedly stated in Richard's response. I also did not receive any other options as to how to fix the problem. Being told that I "May" need additional insulation or possible updated duct work is not a suggestion on how to fix an A/C problem. The A/C in this house worked fine last summer so I am sure the insulation and/or duct work did not deteriorate over the course of 365 days to the point of not allowing the home to cool down adequately. This is an A/C problem specifically and I hired an A/C company to fix it and as of today, the problem is still not fixed.
