Beautiful office, appointments start on time, friendly staff, no appointments needed for lab-work.
But...
I am disappointed in the lack of follow-up by the Dr. and medical staff. My emails are rarely returned or acknowledged. Requests for prescription refills are ignored or questioned. The Dr. I have doesn't seem to have a lot of experience and relies on colleagues for input on everything. I've been getting a condescending vibe from him lately too. My fiance is having the same issues. He requested a prescription refill recently and the Dr. finally wrote it and confirmed via email 2 days later... at 5pm... on a Friday before Labor Day weekend.
I had high hopes, but I just don't see the value of going to One Medical. I will try switching to a different Dr. at the new Kierland location, but unless they listen to their patient's needs and be an advocate for their care I may go back to my previous Naturopath.
