The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Great location, but extremely incompetent and unprofessional staff. First, it took them over 40 mins to find our reservation. Then the next morning, housekeeping ignored our "Do Not Disturb" door tag and knocked and tried to come into our room. When I asked if they saw the tag and knew what that meant, they just said "oh sorry". I guess they are just illiterate.
The next morning someone asked if our stay was ok. I said no, and the person said they would at least try to get our parking fee waived. Well guess what, a manager comes over and just says "sorry but I cannot waive your parking fee". No problem, see ya again never.
