Great Pharmacy. They can get anything. Unfortunately, like a very beautiful woman, they know how good they are. The service here leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a prescription transferred as my pharmacy stopped carrying it.
Partell had it! The price was double, but glad they had it. My pharmacist told me to have them call and she would transfer it over. When I spoke to Jamie, she told me that they would have to call her. If they got the call by 3:00 it would be ready by 6:00. It was a common item for them and was in stock.
I told her I would not be there until the next day.
When I arrived at 3:30 after driving across town, was told that it would not be ready until Monday as it had to be ordered.
Yesterday it was in stock and ready by 6:00 and today it needed to be ordered?
It seems as if they know they are the best in town with inventory and if you can't get it elsewhere, why do we have to provide good service? Where are you going to go?
Was so furious I simply walked out. Great start to the weekend.
