I am that person who left their boarding pass at security (in the tray for the xray). The security guard chased after me to give me my boarding passes. So A+++ for customer service :)
I was catching the red eye and their was still quite a lot open: coffee shop, bookstore/magazines etc. The bathrooms were super nice and there is free wi-fi, plus lots of charging stations for phones. So an excellent experience!
