They cancelled my 2 flights on a round trip Montreal - Toronto which resulted in missing a business dinner to go and a meeting with important prospect clients on my return. The week after when I tried them again, the plane left 8 minutes before departure time and when I arrived at the gate 5 minutes before scheduled flight, they made me pay for taking the next flight that was almost empty... customer service can't do anything... And I'm supposedly a VIPorter customer to them since I'm buying tickets almost every week... Don't take Porter if you're traveling for business! They aren't themselves.
