I used to like Cici's but, as of today. I cannot recommend this location. I had a card good for one buffet + drink. The card stated it is accepted at ALL locations. In mid-transaction however, another employee. took the card and rudely told me "We don't except these here." After telling her about the print on the card, she got rude and repeated herself and told me it's only accepted at one location.
I then politely asked for the manager, and she said in a tone that made me want to put her through the wall "I am the manager." Not even an appology. I'm sorry, but if this is the kind of service the Cici's provides now these days...that's pathetic.
