Truly the buffet to compare all buffets to, at least in Vegas. A word of caution, this place gets packed really quickly, but if you're patient, wait in line and don't feed your rising hunger pains with tucked away snacks, then you will be rewarded with a feast fit for a king. The price of the admission is about $50-60, with an extra $15 to cover all alcoholic beverages. As soon as you enter the fantastic dining area, take a moment to pace yourself, walk around the 5-6 different main course stations to see which cuisine deserves a position in your stomach. They have great Asian food (take my word for it), petit salad concoctions, make-it-yourself taco stands, and an all-you-can-eat snowcrab leg stations with rock crab legs. Of course, there are the sushi station, the cheese and prosciutto station, the meat station (from ribs to lamb to chicken to sirloin), the soup (so much truffle love) and the Italian station. My favorite, however, is the dessert section, with so much amazing decorated, diabetes provoking deliciousness that made my sweet teeth tingle with excitement and my belly aching for belt-un-notching.
At the end of the day, if you are visiting Vegas, this is THE spot to visit for a day in gluttony. I'm not sure what the difference between lunch and dinner is, but def come to the dinner.
