I was here recently to pick up a rental in exchange for my banged up car. They were the only car rental open on a Saturday during the long weekend. They were very courteous on the phone and equally pleasant at the location. I spoke with 3 different employees - all who were very patient and friendly when assisting me. They were quite busy but managed to look calm and help customers in a quick and efficient manner. Zafir, the branch manager at this location was extremely helpful. He was very polite and friendly and even managed to make a bit of small talk with me. He was also able to find a midsize SUV for me on a long weekend with all the extra features. I was very impressed with the service I received overall and u would be happy to rent with them again.
