I visit a lot of gyms and like everything that I see in a lot of different places. All sorts of gyms from grungy garage style all steel places to high and Country Club places with full amenities.
This has to be one of my favorite places to go, here on my second trip just using a day pass. Everything here is in clean good order and in abundance.
The variety and availability of different types of equipment is phenomenal. The staff here are super friendly and very professional and courteous even to just a day pass member like myself.
After a hard workout of a couple hours on excellent equipment, the final amenities like a steam room, a dry sauna, full-size showers, plenty of towels and a large locker room are a blessing.
This is really an excellent facility and deserves a close look by anyone considering a gym in the area or anybody nearby considering a day pass.
