It has been quite some time since I had been to Mosaic Salon. I really enjoyed the color and cuts from a certain stylist.. I changed my budget and hadn't returned since this week.. The girl who did my hair Cori, was a sweetheart too, there was a mix up at the desk as to whether or not my appointment was confirmed so I waited 20 mins past my appt to be seen. She also had to leave midway through my hair treatment to get her sick baby medicine.
I didn't care and she was back in 20 mins. Just in time for the rinse.. We still had to cut and style.. the appt took from 350pm-745pm. I know that's a long wait but in Vegas, sometimes, to get a nice color and cut, you have to be flexible.. I will be back and Hopefully spend a little less time in the chair.
Came back today to see Cori , she had an opening and I was thrilled for a 3pm appt. she texted me to push to 315 and I approved and even suggest 330.
Checked in at 315 and texted her that I was in lobby . She stated"just finishing up". 335 rolled around and I'm done waiting.. seriously why can't people manage their time more professionally?
I do. Considering how much time I have at the last appointment you would think she would be on time this time... I notified the manager and left..
