Decent franchise that offers decent drinks.
The problem is like others have stated. The service sucks so bad and is a joke.
Would never go back to Chatime since this branch has left an incredible bad taste of service in my mouth that I will never forget.
Like others have stated, incredibly slow and rude staff. Most of them were just talking and not doing their jobs. We had one snack order and we had about 5 people before us and 5 people after us that got their orders and left.
When we finally had enough and asked
For our order, the girl rudely asked what was our number and didn't even apologize for the long wait.
Chatime, you really need to watch who you hire and if you don't care, the least you can do is train them properly for customer service. They are giving your franchise a bad rep.
Horrible.
Would not come back ever again.
