It's my second time using No More Chores and received amazing customer service, both times from Grace and manager, Mike. Unfortunately I haven't met any of the cleaners because I'm never home when they come. But they seem to be very trustworthy and pays great attention to detail. I leave my keys with the concierge and j come home with the keys returned and my place sparkling clean. I always feel like I stepped into a hotel room or Airbnb, but really it's just my clean apartment! I'm convinced to now use their service regularly. I was not asked in any way to leave this review but would like to share my great experience with No More Chores.
