This review is for the service department.
I was recommended to go to Toyota for my Lexus oil change, since it's the same synthetic oil, except cheaper, which was true, about $40 cheaper. That's the two positive stars.
The negative is for how disorganized they were. I made an appointment but still had to wait 20 minutes for someone to greet me in my car. Asked them to look at one of my tires that has been going flat and they said it was fine, put air in it, but a few days later it is flat again. Clearly they did not even look at it. I may give them one more chance due to the cheaper cost for oil change, otherwise will try a different Toyota dealership for service.
