These guys were so great, I created a Yelp review page. Our car broke down halfway through an 800 mile road trip recently, in the middle of OH. Bad fuel pump. We were stranded, having no idea where to take the car in this fairly rural area. Fortunately, the flat bed driver recommended Aurora Car Care, and it was right down the street from a hotel with vacancy (this occurred late at night). We dropped the car off there, and left a message. The next day, after I conveyed my urgency at getting back on the road (on my way to work), they had the car diagnosed and repaired within a matter of a few hours. We were back on the road in no time, and the car ran great the rest of the way.
They did this with a sense of friendliness and understanding that I sincerely appreciated. True professionals. I likely won't be going back there anytime soon because I live 400 miles away, but if they were in my neck of the woods they'd be my new go-to shop!
