We were here for appetizers and vino at the bar. A friend ordered the jambalaya as well as some shrimp and I had the salad with shaved manchego cheese and fresh pepper on tap. My salad was fantastic...they also gave us some cornbread to try. Even though we weren't in Nola it certainly felt like it. Awesome classy cajun cuisine! Definitely go during hh and sit at the bar. Service could have been better...we were having to flag down the server even though it was fairly empty in there before the dinner rush. If I stay at the MGM again I will for sure come back and try some other items on the menu.
