DIRTY. Bad. Rude. Lazy. NEEDS NEW MANAGMENT. Please read my whole experience. My trip to this chipotle location was a downer. The only reason why they got an extra star is that they were giving free guac to make up for their POOR customer service. When I walked in the line was long as expected but notice there was only ONE person running the entire food line. I also might add on this ONE person, it was her first day!! Poor girl. While the trainer stood and watched and let her take her time while angry antsy customers pile in. After about 30 min for the line to move. While the 6 other employees in the back were horsing around, kicking each other, playing with knives and having sword fights and stare off into space while ripping up chicken. No one seemed to care that they were out of toppings including the corn. (Which is my favorite) When I asked the manager when more would be ready he said "oh yeah maybe about 5 minutes" I then said I would wait for my favorite topping to be ready. Well the manager lied to my face and hadn't even started making the out toppings. So as he tried to cover his ass he said he has to just put some frozen corn on top with the same seasoning. "It will taste the same so yeah" was his explanation. HE TOOK 10 MINUTES TO FIND CORN IN THIS CHIPOTLE ESTABLISHMENT AND ENEDED UP HAVING TO OPEN A BOX FROM THE FREEZER AND GRABBED A HANDFUL OF FROZEN CORN. (NO GLOVES!!!!!!!!!!! AND THREW IT ON MY FOOD. THEN THREW IT TO THE SIDE TO BE PAID FOR.(I walked out) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LAZY EMPLOYEES. ALSO I MIGHT ADD THEIR SANITATION RATING WAS A C IN 2015. BRING IN NEW EMPLOYEES.
