Best sushi in the Valley hands down. Everything was fresh, and if you have the pleasure to have Masa as your chef he knows what he's doing. Uni with quail egg, toro, maguro, oysters, hamachi, spicy tuna roll, unagi, fresh water eel. If you want to get in the mood, turn on Netflix, watch Jiro Dreams of Sushi, and then go and eat here. BE PREPARED TO PAY! Good sushi is never cheap, but for what you get, I'll gladly pay the price to have a seat at this bar.
