Words can't describe how amazing the food is here. It's basically a place where you make your own enchiladas in a serving line type of ordering style similar to Chipotle and Qdoba.
You start with their own half and half corn/flour tortilla, or just a corn (get the half and half)...and then you choose your fillings. They have braised beef, green Chile pork, chicken, and some other fillers like potatoes, and a corn bread thing that is bomb.
Then you pick you enchilada sauce, your cheese - then they throw it in an oven behind them and let the cheese get all melty. After that you can top it with their honey slaw, cotija cheese, sour cream, jalapeño ranch...a FRIED EGG....a bunch of good stuff. It's amazing.
The service is pretty good, all the staff is friendly. Overall, if you like enchiladas or Mexican food in general, you should definitely try this place.
