Traveling through the area on I80. We were looking for a hotel right off the road but had little success. Ended up traveling the handful of extra miles to the Country Inn & Suites. We checked in at midnight and were greeted by the nicest lady at the front counter. She was so busy dealing with other guests but did so with such a positive demeanor. Tired and weary, she picked a room that was in the corner to help minimize distraction for our kids.
The room was fine. We left before breakfast was set up but were given a little travel bag with water, snacks and a few fresh cookies.
The staff was definitely 5-star.
