If you think you have trouble with Expedia wait until you try to get a refund from a trip THEY cancelled due to weather. It's been two weeks and all I get is the run around. Now they tell me it may be until after the first of the year until they are able to process my refund of $460.00. Then I asked why people even book with them instead of directly with airlines and hotels and his answer was "i don't know". AWESOME!
