*Koi Lounge* is located at Planet Hollywood and is a decent lounge to have some bites and drinks. I came by here on Fourth of July Weekend on a Saturday evening unplanned. Some lady in her business suit was promoting the place and out of curiosity, I thought sure why not, so she walked us up here as she was hyping up this place for their "Happier Hour" which is from 7-8pm. The inside is really nice, but it was definitely dead for a Saturday evening probably because it was still early. It might be a poppin' place late at night who knows. But hey I got to take advantage of the two for one drink specials so not bad plus it was a spacious and comfy lounge area. The seating area is very posh, the lighting was cool, and great music. Our server gave good service and the cocktails were made well. Overall, Koi is a decent lounge to enjoy *Happy/Happier Hour* before hitting up the slots or clubs!
