I kept telling myself that I needed to touch up my eyeliner and Kingz Tattoo must have felt my energy because I got a call from Jessica who made me an offer, as a previous client, that I could not refuse. Jenny did the most beautiful black eyeliner, it's the best my eyes have ever looked. She was meticulous in giving me a PERFECT line, showing me the progress as she worked and getting my input on how I wanted it to look. I love Jenny's skill/talent so much, I'm going back to let her fix my eyebrows. If you want the best tattooed eyeliner/eyebrows, Jenny is your girl and Kingz Tattoo Parlor is the place to go!!!!
