TLDR: If you pick up at the Downtown TO office, you get your prints at 50% off!
I found Mr Photo Canvas on google as I was looking for a place to have a canvas printed. Their website was easy to navigate and when I looked at the pricing, I couldn't believe they offered 50% off their prints, if customers pick them up at their downtown TO office.
Lucky for me, I live quite close by!
I sent an email asking for a quote, with the image I wanted printed and asked if it would be high enough quality for the size I was considering. I received a prompt reply a few hours later with a proof and answers to my questions.
I confirmed my purchase and asked for it to be ready in a week and a half when I would be available to pick up.
The process was almost too easy! I received an email only 3 days later letting me know that my print was already completed. Yowza that's fast!!
When I picked up, the office space was really interesting and had a creative vibe. They had my print right up front and I was in and out within 5 minutes.
Customer service was great throughout the entire experience.
I surprised my boyfriend with a canvas of an online painting of the two of us and it looks incredible up on the wall. The colours are bright and vivid and I will definitely be returning for any of our future printing needs.
