I have to visit a FedEx or any kind of copy center almost every day for work. I've even been to this one at least 10 times, however, this time the copiers were either occupied or out of service. I went to the counter and asked for 4 copies, which needed to be resized from the original. This cost $.30 on each machine, but she wanted to charge me a dollar for resizing fee since it was behind the counter. I repeat her what she repeated to me when I first walked up, which was she just said it only cost a little bit to do it at the machines so why does it cost a dollar to do it behind the counter. I asked for my documents back and she handed them back. I pulled them from her hand and as I left, obviously annoyed, she raised her voice to me and said, you don't have to snatch them from my hand. I don't hold FedEx responsible, because I've had that service performed behind the counter for the same fee as the copier in the front. So again I don't blame FedEx for that employees completely awful and unprofessional service, But I also will not be returning to FedEx
