Our faith in the used car industry has been completely renewed since our dealings with Red Rock Automotive. We were searching for a clean, low mileage Nissan Leaf and found that Red Rock had several to choose from and their prices seemed fair based on the images and information on their website. After one phone call to Wade we were feeling pretty confident that he was competent, honest and informative so we decided to make the drive to Scottsdale to check out their inventory. Upon arrival we noticed that all of their cars were indeed clean, low mileage cars with all of the desirable options. After settling on a car that fit our needs we sat down to begin the negotiation process prepared to play the old game of back and forth a dozen times with the "boss" scribbling on a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers to intimidate us into paying more than we wanted to. NOT AT ALL the case at Red Rock! we all sat down as grown adults and came to a very fair price for a great car. Wade and the management team were very transparent about their bottom line and they made us very comfortable with our decision. Icing on the cake was the follow up call from Wade a few days after purchase to make sure we are happy with our new car and also to thank us again for our patronage.
