DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
This is the worst experience I ever had, the apartment complex is filthy and dirty at all times, I will attach the photos of additional "amenities" that you will get once you move in. The office staff doesn't even pretend that they care about you, extremely rude, and slow, especially the black male, that recently started working here, and no I am not being a racist.
Horrible office staffing, pools are closed most of the time, except for the front office one, which is the only pool they clean, don't let them get you, all other pools are filthy. My clothing and now bike been stolen, there is no security what so ever, forget about their "Blue Steal Security", it is nonexistent. You are not safe in here, if you really need to live in this location, check out "the Turn", it is located literally less then one mile up the 19th Avenue, it's clean, safe, gated, less buildings, and there is no pet fee or deposit, rent starts from about $900.
