My condo has multiple plumbing issues, mostly due to neighbor's plumbing, but I did have a problem of my own last summer. I have had five different visits, four different technicans, for different issues over the last five months. Every single visit has resulted with a fast and accurate diagnosis, as well as, a prompt remedy to the issue. The techs have been willing to patiently run interference with the neighbor causing the problem, resulting in the neighbor understanding the problem and starting to take responsibility. Fees are extremely fair, and all the techs I have encountered are very honest. I feel that they care. The owner promptly responds to calls evenings and weekends; and service has always been within an hour or so of contact. Saul, the field supervisor, is a competent and caring person who brings calmness to the scene of panic (from me). I cannot thank or rate them highly enough.
