I'm not sure how this place is averaging more than one star. I went in to get a remote control programmed. I had to call 3 times and leave messages and still didn't get a call back after a week. When I finally scheduled an appointment with the service department it did not go well. Doesn't seem like good communication during the checkin process, the young man who got me from my car just pointed where I was supposed to go. I went into a lobby where I wasn't greeted or asked anything so I stood in what looked like a line. I left after 20 minutes of being overlooked. Brunswick Honda is much further for me but worth it if I can receive service. As of the posting of this review I have not been contacted by them to see what happened with my appointment.
