So when I first moved into the apartment complex it was ok-- I felt generally safe. I've been here a year. My big complaint at that time was about how dark the apartment is. And trust me, my room in my apartment is dark. I get no sunlight -- in the middle of the afternoon I turn on my light just to be able to see where I am walking. Anyway, during the past 2 or 3 months we've had some really interesting people move in. Every night I hear different people angry yelling very loudly. Usually they're couples I think. I used to call the cops on them but it happens so often that I have given up. I also see a lot of people hanging out around the apartments smoking weed. I also came home at 9pm one night and I found a drunk man in the stairwell with a black plastic garbage bag. I bought a taser after that. Also, one night at around 11pm our roof started leaking a lot of water into the kitchen. We live on the first floor so that was pretty confusing. We figured the upstairs apartment's kitchen or bathroom was flooding-- no one had moved in upstairs at that point , it was an empty apartment. Anyway, the leak got fixed the next morning.
