I just can't anymore with Pho So 1.
I had a cockroach crawl across the table. They offered me a free coconut water.
They now have a credit card minimum of 15 dollars on food that normally costs EIGHT dollars for a bowl.
The restaurant is utterly FILTHY. Under the tables, the bathroom, are just disgusting.
The day staff is rude.
The place is loud as hell. You get an entire family of Vietnamese families, they will sit in the middle, blast music from their phones, have screaming kids and there's no way to break up the sound. It's just obnoxiously loud EVERYWHERE.
Very disappointing.
