Took a pocket watch in to be repaired. After almost a month I was told it was ready. Picked up the watch and returned home. Took out the watch to wind it and the stem fell out. Okay. Took the watch back saying it need to be looked at that the repair had not been done. After several weeks I called to see if it was ready. They said it was ready but he wanted to watch it for a couple of days "Just to make sure it is running okay". I came not the store this morning to check on the watch. You don't get any calls from them on progress or if there is anything wrong. I found my watch parts in a crystal dish. I was lie to when the watch was first given to me after I paid $300 for the initial repair. I was lied to when they told me it was repaired but they just wanted to be sure. And this morning all they did was argue with me. So I have a box of parts, where an intact watch used to be,and no desire to offer a refund. I should have learned when they only offered $400 for a $1200 Rolex. Rip off in Boulder City.
