Overall I love the concept of a DIY dog wash, and the setup here is pretty great, but there are a few things I wasn't crazy about. *It was $50 to wash our two dogs ourselves. At $25/dog, it's not really much of a savings over a bath at the groomers for still having to do the work yourself. And, on top of that, they ask for a tip. When you wash the dog yourself. I found that extremely offputting. *The shampoo that's supposed to be mixed in with the sprayer was completely nonexistent for both of our two tubs. We had to call the attendant over to give us the actual bottles of shampoo to be able to wash our dogs. On the plus side, she did bring us each a bottle quickly and with no hassle. But I wish I hadn't needed to stop in the middle of washing my dog to find her and ask for it. Other than these two things, the prior reviews pretty much cover it all: great steps, no lifting a wet heavy dog or mountain of towels to deal with. A great concept. Would easily be 5 stars if it were just a more reasonable price. We'll be back though!
