I decided to check this place out via recommendation, and who doesn't like a good Bento? The menu selection was pretty underwhelming, for a place with Bento in the name, you'd expect more than five options. The prices seemed reasonable. The reason for the bad rating is that the food wasn't worth the wait. Staff did not acknowledge me for almost ten minutes, only to tell us to order at the front. We ordered two bento and a roll of sushi to go. Thirty-five minutes later and we're still waiting for food. The place also wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what happened. Update: Both bento items were not served with accompany items. The sushi bento was given to me as simply a roll; nothing else. The Spicy Pork bento came out as a Spicy Pork bowl. The sushi roll was OK, but tasted too fishy for my tastes; a bit more salmon than I'd of expected in a special roll. We left ASAP because of the long wait and I'm just going to write this off as someplace not to return to unless I'm promised the five star experience others have expressed.
